Sydney cbd procurement assistant ft needed

Your role will be to perform duties involved in/with daily administrative and manufacturer duties
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintains relationships with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and competitive pricing.
- Monitors freight, transfers, and other costs associated with stock purchases.
- Supervise supply chain and monitor manufacturing processes.
- Design work and location scouting.
- Communicates with suppliers and vendors via email, job queue, and other means.

To carry out your role, the desired skills and experience include:
- Proven proficiency with computer applications, including MS-Office.
- Proven attentiveness to detail coupled with problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Familiar with manufacturer duties and quality control
- Experience in food processing and warehouse duties is preferred
