Prime Manufacturing Pty Ltd is a qualified supplier and manufacturer of bulk materials handling components for bucket elevators, belt conveyors, chain conveyors, screw conveyors. It is a privately owned Australian company who is specialized in providing technical services for bulk material handling industry

 Promote products and marketing:
- Develop and lead Marketing & website campaigns for our brands and products
- understanding customers’ needs,
- providing sales plan and quotation
- Identify all relevant information in the market and communicate to the business
 Routine sales duties:
- sending quotes,
- placing and tracking orders,
- participating delivery plans,
 After-sale service:
- on-site visit and routine customer relationship maintenance,
- handling customer complaints,
- answering customer inquiries,
 Other general duties required

About you
 Previous 2 years of relevant sales experience
 Basic website marketing knowledges
 Chinese & English fluent bilingual speakers
 A strong team focus and the ability maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
 Exceptional customer service skills and a solutions focused approach to problem solving;
 A ‘can do’ attitude, honest work ethic and learning ability
 Be able to drive to work
